Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back (1980)

This original first-year-of-release Australian The Empire Strikes Back One Sheet is one of the most sought-after international Star Wars posters ever produced. Featuring Noriyoshi Ohrai's breathtaking painted artwork - widely regarded as one of the finest images created for the saga - this spectacular design was reserved for Japanese promotional materials and a select number of international releases, including Australia. Capturing the darker, more epic tone of Irvin Kershner's landmark sequel, it showcases Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Han Solo and Princess Leia at their most iconic. Professionally linen-backed for preservation, this is an exceptional example of one of the greatest Star Wars poster designs, offering collectors an opportunity to own a true centrepiece from cinema history.
