Framing allows you to showcase your posters, with methods and materials specifically catered to your purchase. We offer several different framing styles, mounts, and various glazing options including standard glass, anti-UV glass, anti-UV non reflective glass and Perspex. We also offer a framing service for posters not purchased from us.

Do you have posters you would like to sell?

Firstly, we buy both whole collections and individual items, and are interested in both art and investment pieces from all genres and periods.

Secondly, we offers a consignment service through which we will sell your poster for you. You retain ownership of your poster every step of the way, but a negotiated fee means you will be able to tap into The Moment’s extensive client network to find the perfect buyer.

If you are looking for a poster that cannot be seen on The Moment’s Online Store, our sourcing services can help you locate it. Using our extensive network of contacts worldwide, we can source the piece and negotiate the right price.

Previously, we have found rare pieces for our clients such as a French Casablanca (1942), US Thunderball door panels (1965), and British Star Wars (1977) Marler Hayley double crown’s.

The Moment can help you preserve your posters through our linen backing service.

Many original movie posters released prior to the 1980’s were folded-as-issued by the studios and therefore some retain their early creases. Linen backing sees the poster supported by high quality cloth using an acid-free, reversible method that increases the poster’s durability and aesthetic appeal, supporting its conservation long term.

The Moment will linen back both pre- and post-1980’s for you, as well as posters not purchased from us.
